The adaptability of our ordering system is an essential contribution to our success and to the satisfaction of customers. The following are but a few examples:
- Creation of a joint procurment system for several participants
The AWO Bundesverband e.V. has on the basis of the sensano ordering platform established a joint ordering network for all its member organizations. The resulting bundling of ordering quantities resulted in markedly more favourable prices – without any limitations for the member organisations. In addition to this the various options of the sensano reporting system help reduce costs through efficient controlling.
- Easy integration into the design of an existing intranet
The new installation of the sensano ordering system at one of the largest responsible bodies of social facilities in Berlin was made in the colour and design of the intranet existing there. The result: a faster familiarization and increased acceptance by the users and thus an earlier amortization.
- Direct networking of procurement and menu planning
A marked increase of efficiency and performance is enjoyed by the BHV Betriebsgastronomie und Heimversorgung GmbH, aCurrent News catering division and 100% subsidiary of AWO Nordhessen. By way of an additional interface to the internal system for administration of subscription and menu planning exact calculation of prescribed menu planning is possible and bids for offers can be drafted more precise. The effect: a clearly enhanced costing security and demonstrable labour-saving.
